Worst hotel possible. We’ve been to Istanbul more than 50 times but here we had the worst experience. We had money stolen from the hotel room safe. Yes, THOSE GUYS ARE THIEVES. We went to the police and made a written complaint but of course that these thieves deleted the camera footage. It’s not about the money, it’s about the fact that you are a shame for your beautiful country. As you can see from some reviews here, stay away!!

Rooms: This hotel has a big size room. The beds are not very comfortable. Service: More than wonderful ... they are very hanfull and welcoming. Location:i will mark more than 10/10 if there is a similar choice. This hotel is at Sekici station , We easily walked to Sultan Ahmed. Transportation from this place is easy.

They will scam the customer on Taxi. I call the taxi from counter and said we pay 650 lire. When we arrive the airport, the driver said it was 850. So ridiculous. I hope not every Turkish are dirty like that guy. I pity him using a broken phone so he need to scamming customers to stay alive.

1st, the e location is great, close to everything, starting from sirkiji station and the iminunu Sultan ahmad and the busphore 2nd the breakfast is in MADO, open buffet, many choices breakfast The hotel is 4 meters walk from MADO 3rd the rooms are large and great for family, beds are not comfortable and that was the only negative 4th the service and the front desk workers are great, polite, gentle and very helpful.

Pls don't get fooled by seeing the Google review... Though the rooms were spacious the staffs were too rude nd not helpful. Infact I missed my GAP Jacket in the room and they did not return back when asked . Pls stay away from the hotel nd pls don't trust all the good reviews given in Google or any website for that matter . The breakfast sucks same boring food they served all the days no menu changed . And pls don't opt for the tour packages the hotel offers when we booked our BRUSA trip he spoke all good about the trip and nothing was given when we really went there and we paid bombs for the lousy trip better to hire a cab and drive in own.

Excellent service, they are very friendly and helpful, excellent communication. when I send them messages the day before fly, answered me less than an hour Very good size room, clean and quiet. you can walk to restaurants and main street is in few steps from the hotel

I don’t recommend this hotel to any one even it’s cheaper and good location. First it’s not hygenic place when covid time entire staffs are without masks also cockroaches even complaining they don’t take any action. Rooms are low sealing abd ventilation is low. Staff are rude and cheats on money conversion, they don’t return if we pay money I went via booking.com and they cancelled my booking last day after settlement as I should not give any negative review so you can understand most of the reviews in booking.com is fake.
